- ₹49 Reverse Shipping Charge – Applicable on Returns
- ₹99 Reverse Shipping Charge – Applicable on Size Exchanges
These nominal charges help us:

- Avoid product misuse after wearing

- Continue offering premium quality at the best value
This amount is not a penalty — it is a small operational charge to protect our community.
👗 Return Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn & unused
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
- Without perfume smell, stains, makeup marks, or damage
- Returned in original packaging
Any used, altered, damaged, or different product sent back will not be accepted.
If a different or used product is returned, strict action may be taken including permanent account restriction.

- Approved returns will be processed as Store Credit only.
- No cash refunds.
- Store credit can be used on future purchases.
