At Chic India, your happiness comes first! 💖 If something doesn’t fit or feel right, we offer a completely free, no-questions-asked return and exchange policy—because shopping should be stress-free and fabulous.

1. What’s Eligible?

You can return or exchange an item if:

✔ You request it within 5 days of delivery
✔ It’s unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging
✔ It’s not a final sale or custom-made product (see Section 4)
✔ It belongs to the same order ID

2. How to Return or Exchange

A. Need a Different Size?

No worries! Just:

  • Email us at hello@thechicindia.com or use our Return Portal

  • Share your order ID, product name, and the size you want

  • We’ll arrange a free pickup and send the new size in 1–3 working days after we receive and inspect the item

B. Want to Return?

Not feeling it? Here's how:

  • Email us your order details at hello@thechicindia.com

  • We’ll approve your return in 12 hours

  • Our courier will do a free pickup from your doorstep

  • After inspection, you’ll get store credit (valid forever!) within 1–3 working days

4. What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged

❌ Items on clearance or heavy discount
❌ Custom-made items or accessories
❌ Worn, washed, or altered products

5. Refund Policy

We don’t do cash/bank refunds—but you’ll receive store credit for the full amount, valid forever! Use it anytime to shop something you love. 💫
